By creating an account or using Stress Buster ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Stress Buster provides guided breathing, grounding and reflection exercises for general wellbeing. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial; you will not be charged during the trial. After the trial, the subscription auto-renews each month at the listed price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All content, designs and code in the Service are owned by Stress Buster or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific health or wellbeing outcome. If you are in crisis, please contact qualified medical professionals or local emergency services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stress Buster will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
