Stress Buster is a small, independent wellbeing app built for moments when you just need to breathe. We believe stress relief should be quick, calming, and free from gimmicks — no streaks to guilt you, no endless feeds, no noise.

Our exercises are inspired by well-established techniques used in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practice — paced breathing, grounding, cognitive reframing — distilled into sessions you can finish before your next meeting.

We're a tiny team. We don't sell ads or your data. Pro subscriptions fund the development of new exercises, accessibility improvements, and keeping the app available for everyone.
